Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager from preconstruction through closeout
• Track budgets, cost reports and forecasts
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects and owners
• Help keep project schedules on track and up to date
• Support safety and quality standards on every jobsite

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with diverse ground-up commercial projects
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Open to candidates relocating to El Paso, TX

Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
