Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a large, established Texas general contractor. The company is adding an Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction to its team in El Paso, TX. This is an urgent, high-priority opening. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
The Role
Focus: Commercial construction experience. Relocation candidates welcome.
Responsibilities
- Support diverse commercial projects in the El Paso region
- Support the PM with submittals, RFIs, procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Track budgets, change orders and schedules
- Grow toward full project management responsibility
Requirements
- Commercial construction experience. Relocation candidates welcome.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
