Original job description
One of my top clients, a commercial contractor in the OKC area, is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager. You'll support the PM on budgets, paperwork and coordination. It's a good next step for a Project Engineer ready to grow.
Responsibilities:
-Support the PM with buyout, subcontracts and purchasing
-Track change orders, RFIs and submittals
-Help with schedules, cost reports and billing
-Coordinate with subcontractors and the field team
Requirements:
-2+ years of commercial construction experience
-Basic knowledge of budgets and construction documents
-Organized and detail-focused
-Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
