Location: Metro Detroit (northwest suburbs)
Position Overview
Our client, an established asphalt paving contractor, is looking for a Asphalt Paving Estimator to join their team in the Metro Detroit (northwest suburbs) area. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specs
- Build complete estimates and bid proposals
- Collect and level sub and supplier pricing
- Hand off awarded work to operations
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of estimating experience
- Takeoff and estimating software experience
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines
Compensation
- Base salary: $100,000 - $130,000
- Strong benefits package
