Agronomy Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of agronomy and associated products to farmers.

• Collaborate with the Agronomy team to formulate objectives and strategic plans.

• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge encompassing agronomy products and services.

• Offer expert recommendations to growers regarding diverse agronomic products.

Agronomy Manager Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

• Self-motivated, driven by ambition and goals.

• Demonstrated track record of achievement.

• Preferred: Over 2 years of sales experience in agronomy-related sales.

• Bonus: Previous management experience.

• Essential: Background in Agronomy/Agriculture.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $130,000, complemented by bonuses.
