A local bank in Mount Ayr is quietly looking for an Ag Lender to grow and manage farm lending relationships across Ringgold County and southern Iowa. The position handles business development, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing.

Responsibilities:

Bring in new ag borrowers through community ties and farm calls
Analyze borrower financials, repayment capacity, and cash flow projections

Understanding of farm finance and rural communities
Clear communicator who builds trust with customers
Able to manage a portfolio independently

I partner with banks throughout Iowa and the Midwest and hear about their ag openings before they go public. If this one doesn't fit what you're after, contact me anyway, and we can have a confidential conversation about other options.
