A community bank in Sundance is confidentially seeking an Ag Lender to serve farm and agribusiness clients across Crook County and northeast Wyoming. The position covers new business, credit analysis, structuring, closing, and servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new ag relationships through referrals and farm visits
- Analyze borrower financials and projected cash flow
- Structure operating, equipment, and land loans
- Handle inspections, annual reviews, and renewals
- Cross-sell deposit and cash management services
- Use FSA programs to strengthen loan requests
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Ag lending or Ag credit analysis experience
- Ag Business or Finance degree preferred
- Rural background and understanding of farm finance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Independent and well organized
