We're looking for an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Accounting Manager! This is an opportunity to lead client engagements, develop staff, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple accounting and tax engagements.
- Serve as the liaison between partners, clients, and staff.
- Resolve technical issues and develop industry expertise.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff and interns.
- Manage client billing, budgets, and realization.
- Assist with firm marketing and business development.
- Participate in leadership training and community involvement.
