A well-respected boutique litigation firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated construction defect, professional liability, commercial, and development-related disputes alongside experienced litigators in a highly collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, litigation experience, and an interest in handling complex construction and design professional matters.
