Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Louisiana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor for a full-time remote position in Louisiana. You will provide counseling to clients with a range of mental health concerns and manage the clinical work associated with each case. The role includes regular therapy sessions, assessments, documentation, and follow-up care. You will also coordinate referrals or additional support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled counseling sessions through telehealth
• Complete initial assessments and review client concerns
• Establish treatment goals and determine appropriate next steps
• Provide ongoing counseling based on client needs
• Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical records
• Review changes in symptoms or concerns throughout treatment
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up services when appropriate
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Active LPC license in Louisiana
• Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
