Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience building advanced workforce models incorporating skills, capacity, automation potential, and direct business impact.
Experience working with product and engineering teams, and in organizations undergoing significant technology transformation, rapid scaling, or AI/automation adoption.
Experience working with enterprise planning tools or cloud-based EPM platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Workday).
