A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Clinical Program Manager at Google, you will work with stakeholders to deliver on clinical outcomes and manage device use in alignment with clinical compliance requirements. You will plan study requirements with internal engineering teams and usher user evaluations through the entire product lifecycle. This includes managing Institutional Review Board (IRB) compliance, coordinating laboratory workflows, and communicating with project stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving the day-to-day operations and logistics of clinical studies, serving as the primary liaison between study sites, managers, and regulatory bodies. Key duties include managing IRB submissions, maintaining the Trial Master File (TMF) to ensure GCP compliance, and coordinating the distribution of investigational devices and study supplies. Additionally, this role oversees subject enrollment tracking, monitors Case Report Form (CRF) data quality, and ensure all participant data, informed consent forms (ICFs), and Adverse Event (AE) reporting are accurate, legible, and fully compliant with ALCOA+ source documentation principles inside the Trial Master File (TMF). The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
