We are currently seeking a Assistant Superintendent for Tract Homes

Assistant Superintendent position requirements

Home building experience custom or tract is acceptable

Proficiency in blueprint / plan reading

General Trades knowledge

Excellent communication skills written and verbal

Have knowledge and understanding of local labor agreements

Must be computer literate

Experience working with city and other inspectors on construction projects

Experience creating punch lists and performing walkthroughs and close outs

Experience managing and communicating with subcontractors and labor
