Full-time 1st shift Mesa, Arizona 7:00 AM 4:00 PM MST Full list of responsibilities 1. Set up and run 4-axis mills, including rotary and index work 2. Indicate fixtures, set rotary centerlines, and prove out programs 3. Machine features on multiple faces without losing location 4. Check first piece and in-process dimensions against the print 5. Manage workholding so parts dont move mid-cut 6. Hold positional tolerances that only work if the fourth axis is honest 7. Deburr, document, and hand off to inspection or the next operation 8. Keep rotary tables, vises, and tools maintained 9. Follow travelers, AS9100 procedures, and safety rules 10.
