The City of Gloucester is now accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Technician- Utilities. Under the direction of the Maintenance Craftsman, this position performs a variety of routine water and sewer maintenance and repair tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, inspection and minor repair of SPS/STEP systems, excavating and shoring of trenches, replacing pipe sections, water service, flushing, cleaning and inspecting water and sewers, and performs related duties as required. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position. Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:00pm. $28.32 - $37.18 per hour depending upon experience.
