Global Security Solutions, LLC (GSS) is looking to hire event staff to work conventions, concerts, festivals, and sporting tournaments by providing customer service and temporary staffing needs. Responsibilities include access control, collecting tickets, greeting and ushering guests, giving direction, registration and booth personnel.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : These duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties could be assigned.
- Allows access control into venue or event by scanning or collecting a ticket.
- Provide registration assistance
- Badge printing
- Line control
- Merchandise handout
- Direct attendees
- Provides the highest friendly customer service available.
- Covid verification checks
- Booth Helpers
Requirements
· Must be 18 years of age or older. · Pass a background investigation · Outstanding verbal and written communication skills · Organized and high energy · Be professional, well groomed and offer excellent customer service
