  • Design and implement integrations between SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure cloud services, IVR systems, payment gateways, backend databases, and traffic management systems.
  • Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and custom middleware components to support enterprise integration requirements.

  • Develop reusable components, shared libraries, and integration frameworks to support enterprise application integration.
  • Implement JSON/XML payload transformations, validation, and data mapping.
  • Analyze integration models and assess integration options for high-volume processing environments.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce data replication, streamline integrations, and improve system performance.
  • Apply best practices for leveraging on-demand open APIs and secure enterprise API standards.
  • Follow clean coding principles, SOLID design patterns, and secure coding standards.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, and other required documentation.
  • Adhere to Commission standards, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Developer or in a similar role, with expertise in Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and integrations with external systems.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure government and commercial cloud platforms, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems, preferably within tolling or transportation environments.
  • Experience developing enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, and Azure technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise application integrations, APIs, middleware, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience developing complex enterprise integrations for high-volume organizations using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Microsoft Azure cloud hosting solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful APIs, microservices, and custom middleware development.
  • Experience designing, developing, and optimizing IVR systems, preferably within tolling or similar customer-facing environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, including queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queues.
