Glint Tech Solutions is a women-owned, global IT staffing and recruiting firm. We're partnering with a leading enterprise client to hire a Gen AI Engineer for an onsite role in Phoenix, AZ.

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Onsite)

Employment Type: W2

Language Requirement: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required

ROLE OVERVIEW

You'll design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models and AI agents

Integrate Knowledge Graphs with LLMs for stronger reasoning and contextual responses

Develop vector search and semantic retrieval solutions

Optimize prompts and model performance

Deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP

Work in Mandarin and English with stakeholders and team members

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Fluent Mandarin and professional English communication

Strong Python programming

Hands-on experience with LangChain / LangGraph

Experience with Neo4j and Knowledge Graphs

Experience with vector databases and RAG frameworks

Prompt engineering and NLP

Solid understanding of Generative AI architectures

Cloud deployment experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP
