Glint Tech Solutions is a women-owned global IT staffing and recruiting firm. We are partnering with a leading enterprise client to hire a Gen AI Engineer.

Project Description

The Gen AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models, Knowledge Graphs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents, delivering contextual, reasoning-driven responses at scale. The role works closely with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. We also welcome new fresh graduates with strong academic or project experience in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents
• Integrate Knowledge Graphs with LLMs to enhance reasoning and contextual responses
• Develop vector search and semantic retrieval solutions
• Optimize prompts and model performance
• Deploy scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and teams

Mandatory Skills

• Spoken fluency in Mandarin, with professional English communication
• Hands-on experience in Python (academic, project, or professional)
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Neo4j and Knowledge Graphs
• Vector databases
• Prompt engineering and NLP
• Understanding of Generative AI architectures

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
