High Speed Cutting Oper

Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, a global leading manufacture of performance fabrics, is currently seeking a High Speed Cutter Operator. This position is Responsible for inspecting finished fabric. The operator must be able to detect and properly identify defects in fabric, make quality determination and cut fabric to Glen Raven Standards

** The hours for this job are 12 hour night shift on a 2 - 2 - 3 rotation working from 8pm to 8am with a pay rate of $19.71 per hour, including the shift premium **

Responsibilities:

Inspect fabric to ISO Grading Matrix Work Instruction / Customer Specifications.

Identify all fabric defects and record in inspection system.

Differentiate between major and minor defects.

Experience:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Previous machine operating experience preferred
