SUPERINTENDENT of SCHOOLS

GILMANTON SCHOOL DISTRICT

The Gilmanton School District, located in Gilmanton, NH, is seeking an exceptional educational leader to work with our District on a part-time basis.This leader must possess:

*Experience in budget and policy development as well as operations management; *Knowledge of theory, research and practice in teaching methods, curriculum and long-range planning; *Effective decision-making skills with focus on what is best for our students; *Expertise in curriculum and personnel development; *Strong communication skills (verbal, written and computer); *Strong supervisory skills; *Strong team building and team leadership skills; *Excellence in building positive school/community relationships; *Fiscal oversight responsibilities.

The final salary for the successful candidate will be negotiated and determined based upon proven experience, qualifications and meeting Board criteria. Candidates must be NH certified or certifiable; C.A.G.S. required, Doctorate preferred. Competitive salary/benefits. July 1, 2027 start date. Accepting applications through December 4, 2026.
