Sales Associate

Compensation:$33,800 annual base salary plus commission on all sales. Location: Miami, Florida (on-site) Employment Type: Full-time · 40 h/week

Overview

The Sales Associate develops client relationships and advances opportunities from initial discovery through contract close. This role serves customers across South Florida, partnering with the technical team to shape proposals that reflect client operations and needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified South Florida prospect pipeline.
• Lead discovery meetings and site visits with prospective clients.
• Learn client operations, priorities, and business requirements.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals with the technical team.
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, and contract terms.
• Close contracts and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly sales reports.
• Your impact: Clear discovery and tailored proposals help clients evaluate solutions that fit their needs.

Experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable leading client conversations and presentations.
• Able to understand customer needs and explain commercial proposals.
• Sound negotiation, organization, and follow-through.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and accurate recordkeeping is helpful.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, any Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, preferably technology, software or services.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, RFID or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
