Starting Pay: $30-$35/hr (Top Pay Will Increase Based on EXP/Qualifications)
Starting Shift: 3pm-2am M-F. Overtime after 40hrs worked.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)
- Mechanical Surgery: Deep-diving into the guts of our fleet to diagnose and fix the "unfixable."
- Hydraulic Heroics: Mastering the complex lifters and compactors that do the heavy lifting for the community.
- Tech Wizardry: Using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to talk to the trucks' brains.
- Shop Camaraderie: Working in a high-energy shop where the coffee is hot, the music is loud, and your teammates have your back.

What We’re Looking For
- A Grease Monkey with a Brain: You know your way around a diesel engine better than your own living room.
- Tool Collector: You’ve got a toolbox that’s your pride and joy.

- CDL Aspirations: If you have a Class A or B, awesome! If not, we’ll help you get the credentials to drive the beasts you build.
