About the Role

Genuine Machine Productsis seeking an experienced**Mill Machinist (Level 2/3)**to join our night shift team. In this role, youll produce high-quality precision parts that meet strict industry and customer standards. Youll work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

What Youll Do

• OperateCNC milling machinesin accordance with company procedures and safety standards
• Read and interpretblueprints, travelers, and technical instructions
• Load and unload materials and finished parts efficiently
• Performbasic machine setupsand communicate tooling requirements
• Measure, inspect, and document production and quality data
• Maintain aclean and organized work areaand complete required documentation
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

Experience & Education

• 5+ yearsof CNC Mill operation and setup experience
• High school diploma or GED

Skills & Knowledge

• Intermediate understanding ofmachine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic

Technical Proficiency

• Equipment troubleshooting
• CNC tooling
• CNC programming

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to50 lbs
• Comfortable working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust
