Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operateCNC lathe machinesto produce precision parts according to engineering specifications
• Read and interprettechnical drawings and blueprints
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and adherence to specifications
• Use precision measuring tools such ascalipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to improve and optimize production processes
• Follow all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experiencesetting up and operating CNC Lathe machines- Aerospace industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience withMazak and/or Nakamuramachines preferred
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
