About the job You run General Tso's lunch pop-ups at corporate office buildings, usually as part of Fooda events. You bring food and equipment from our Dunwoody kitchen, set up, serve employees at the site, track what you use, and report the numbers at the end of the shift. What you'll do

- Serving: greet and serve guests, portion food to our standards, and keep the line moving at the lunch rush.
- Inventory: count food and supplies out and back, note leftovers and waste, and flag shortages.
- Reporting: submit an end-of-shift report (sales, counts, issues) the same day using our online end-of-shift form (sales, counts, cleaning photos and temperature log).
- Cleanup and teardown: clean, pack, load, and return to the kitchen on time.
- Follow food-safety rules: temperatures, handwashing, covered food, clean surfaces.
Required
- Your own reliable vehicle (SUV, van or hatchback with cargo space) to carry equipment and food to the site. Mileage is not paid separately; it is included in the per-event pay. Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Available for weekday lunch shifts on site.
- Able to lift and carry equipment and food pans up to 40 lb, and stand for the whole event.
- Comfortable with a POS/tablet and basic counting and cash or card handling.
