Industrial Painter - Gem Care Inc. Location: Knoxville, Tennessee Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour (higher depending on experience)

Overview

Gem Care Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Industrial Painter to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This position plays a key role in ensuring highquality finishes, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety standards within a fastpaced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate paint pressure pot and nozzle equipment Sandblast surfaces or remove rust as necessary Mix and apply paint or coatings according to specifications Use brushes to coat areas where needed for detail work Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs Follow all company safety regulations, procedures, and policies

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED strongly preferred Industrial painting experience required Knowledge of paint pressure pot setup, operation, and maintenance Physical stamina with ability to work in hot or cold environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
