Grounds Keeper

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday @ 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Routine keep up of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings.
• Garbage/Trash disposal
• Sweeping walkways and parking lots

Requirments:

• Must be able to work all weather conditions rain, or shine, and in hot or cold temperatures.
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Saftey oriented

Qualifications:

• 1 year of janitorial supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail.
