Assistant Culinary Director- 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Culinary Services Director, our Assistant Culinary Services Director is responsible for training, scheduling, and guiding the dietary team toward delivering exceptional culinary service
• Oversees the food service program with dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
• Conducts inventory and purchasing activities while ensuring that budget guidelines are achieved
• Plans and prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
• Attends continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must hold current ServSafe Sanitation Course certification
• Prior senior/supportive living experience desired
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
