Roofing Project Manager

Roofing Project Manager | $16–$18/hr Base + Commission (Total Pay $20–$26/hr) Garcia Roofing is the most recognized residential roofing name in our area. We’re hiring a Project Manager to run jobs on-site and be the homeowner’s day-of contact from start to finish.

Pay & perks:

• Base pay: $16–$18/hr, depending on experience.
• Plus commission on the ticket price of every job you run.
• Total pay with commission: about $20–$26/hr. That’s your base plus commission together, about $48K–$63K a year at 47 hours a week.
• The average ticket is about $17K, and most PMs run 3+ jobs a week.
• Health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with a company match up to 4%.
• A company truck for work use, picked up daily from our shop.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the on-site point of contact for homeowners
• Watch progress, quality, and safety
• Confirm materials and keep sites clean
• Take progress photos and update project records
• Help with inspections and keep production on track

What you need:

• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable outdoors in all weather
• Able to climb ladders/roofs and lift 50+ lbs
• Valid DL and clean driving record
