This position bridges business strategy and operational execution. You will own the pricing process and calendar, coordinate the cross-functional teams that depend on it, and make sure the customer experience is represented in commercial decisions. You will work with partners across Merchandise Planning, Company Planning, Commercial Planning, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Consumer Insights, Testing, and GapTech, as well as Brand Pricing SMEs. This role works through influence across cross-functional partners rather than through direct reports, and reports to the Head of Pricing Performance. - Ensure approved pricing actions flow accurately through systems and show correctly to customers, online and in stores.

Own and Execute the Price Testing Agenda
- Identify opportunities for price testing that will inform pricing strategy and customer-facing decisions.
- Own the execution of price tests online and in stores, coordinating the teams and systems required to run them accurately.
- Partner with Pricing Analytics and other analytics resources to read and interpret test results.
- Partner with the business and the Pricing Optimization team to turn test learnings into action.
Coordinate Cross-Functionally and Drive Change
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and implementation across Merchandising, Planning, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, and technology partners.
- Partner with Brand Pricing SMEs to support adoption of new pricing processes and capabilities, create training materials, and empower teams to self-solve.
- Anticipate partners' needs, incorporate their input, and negotiate toward aligned action.
Build Tools and Simplify Work
- Build tools, documentation, and ways of working that simplify work for teams and make execution consistent.
- Develop dashboards and reporting that give teams visibility into execution accuracy and support best-practice adoption.
- Work within the platforms that support pricing execution, including PEM OLE, Impact Analytics, NOPE, Essbase, and Medallia, and manage system configurations as needed.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate work, and partner with technology teams to define what new capabilities are needed to deliver the brand's pricing intent.
Represent the Customer in Commercial Decisions
- Ensure customer experience is represented in commercial decisions, using customer insight to test whether customers understand the prices we communicate.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Share learnings with, and borrow practices from, peers in other brands.
Who you are Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred emphasis on business, supply chain, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in pricing, planning, or merchandising, with a deep understanding of markdown processes.
- Experienced in pricing, planning, or merchandising with a deep understanding of markdown processes.
- Comfortable working with systems and tools to create efficiencies and improve decision-making.

- A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate strategy into operational steps.
- Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and driving change, with a track record of building trust with Planning, Merchandising, and Finance partners.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering results through innovation and process excellence.
- Clear, focused communicator, including an ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical partners.
- AI-partnership mindset: you engage with agentic tools and pricing agents as a critical collaborator, fluent enough to use them effectively and rigorous enough to catch when they’re wrong.
