A Taste of What You'll Do
Join GALLO as a Corporate Safety Program Leader and help strengthen the systems that protect our people, facilities, and communities. In this influential role, you will design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise safety programs, with a primary focus on Process Safety Management, Risk Management Program, and California Accidental Release Prevention requirements across covered facilities.
You will serve as a trusted process safety subject matter expert, partnering closely with facility leadership, Engineering, Operations, EHS, vendors, and other cross-functional teams. Your work will help ensure consistent regulatory compliance, sound governance, and practical alignment with GALLO’s EHS objectives. You will develop standards, procedures, tools, training, and standard work that enable teams to manage risk with confidence and consistency.
Approximately 60% of your time will focus on PSM, RMP, and CalARP program leadership. You will support hazard analyses, management-of-change reviews, pre-startup safety reviews, mechanical-integrity efforts, incident learning, release investigations, audits, and risk assessments. You will also review technical documentation, analyze program data and KPIs, communicate findings, and help teams implement corrective actions that drive sustainable improvement.
The remaining portion of the role will support broader corporate safety programs and strategic projects. You will use data, audit results, incident trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify priorities, improve training and communication, strengthen EHS systems, and deliver clear recommendations to leaders across the organization.
We welcome safety professionals who bring technical curiosity, collaborative problem-solving, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous improvement. If you are energized by turning complex regulatory and operational challenges into practical, lasting risk-reduction solutions, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at GALLO.
