Weekly earnings range from $1,500.00 to $1,800.00, depending on experience, miles driven, and qualifications. Drivers earn $0.72–$0.74 per practical mile based on experience. The higher pay rate of up to $0.74 per mile is available to qualifying experienced drivers with a Hazmat endorsement. Drivers are home every weekend for 48 hours and haul 100% no-touch dry van freight. The fleet operates modern Freightliner Cascadia sleeper trucks and offers practical-mile pay, frequent drop-and-hook freight, and potential transition bonuses for eligible drivers.
