Now Hiring: Automotive Assembly Workers Location: Sterling Heights, MI 48314 Employment Type: Full-Time Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour Pay Increase: $17.00 per hour after 90 days Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekends and overtime as needed based on production demands. Position Overview We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated Assembly Workers to join our automotive manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This is an active, hands-on production position that requires employees to remain on their feet for 8–10 hours per day, perform repetitive assembly tasks, and maintain a consistent work pace in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Employees will be responsible for assembling automotive bumpers by installing bolts, clips, screws, wires, and other components using hand tools and power drills. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive bumpers according to production specifications and established work instructions.
• Install bolts, clips, screws, wires, and other required components.
• Safely operate power drills, hand tools, and other assembly equipment.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining consistent speed, accuracy, and product quality.
• Stand and remain active throughout the work shift while completing assigned production duties.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure all components are properly installed and meet quality standards.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily production expectations.
• Identify and report defective parts, assembly errors, or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Follow company safety policies, production procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Work cooperatively and respectfully with coworkers and supervisors from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Adapt to changing production demands and assist team members when needed.
• Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for 8–10 hours per day.
• Comfortable performing repetitive hand, arm, and assembly movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to maintain a steady work pace in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to use hand tools and power drills or willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact respectfully with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by production needs.
• Must successfully pass a national background check as a condition of employment.

Compensation & Advancement

• Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour.
• After 90 Days: Pay increases to $17.00 per hour.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
