Job Description
Responsibilities
- plans and executes the software architecture for our automotive embedded human machine interface solutions
- makes key engineering decisions
- creates a modular, adaptable and stable software architecture
- creates software architecture visualizations and documentation
- lead the development of APIs
Qualifications
- Industry background: Automotive/embedded Software
- Knowledge and skills: Strong understanding of software design principles C/C++ development Unix experience
embedded systems experience (nice to have) automotive experience (nice to have) experience with software project management, familiar with agile methodology familiar with requirement management tools (e.g. Doors, Jama) experience designing software products in their entirety.
- Education / Training: 4-6 Years of software engineering experience or education (computer science or similar), 1-2 years of which are work experience
- Competencies: ability to work independently ability to learn and adapt quickly high level of technical creativity
