Fusion HCR is Hiring! Role: Senior Program Manager Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Work Arrangement: 6 months, potential extension up to 2 years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Gambling and casino industry

The employer operates in the land-based gaming sector, designing, manufacturing, and distributing gaming products. This role will support global product lifecycle management and large-scale implementation and upgrade initiatives. Position Overview Fusion HCR is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale product lifecycle management initiatives, including the ongoing implementation and upgrade of a global technology platform. The role will address requirements that were missed during an earlier implementation, support the development of a global template, and help determine how that template should be applied across regions. The successful candidate will bring structure to complex, cross-regional work, coordinate follow-up efforts, and help advance the platform through future versions. These programs are expected to continue through 2028. This is a program leadership opportunity that calls for a perspective broader than deep product management alone, with a focus on connecting implementation details to global processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale product lifecycle management programs, coordinating priorities, activities, and follow-through across workstreams.
  • Guide ongoing platform implementation and upgrade efforts, including work to address requirements missed in the initial implementation.
  • Support the creation and refinement of a global template and the process for applying it across regions.
  • Assess regional implementation needs and help confirm or recommend adjustments to the global approach.
  • Coordinate fast-follow work and subsequent platform upgrades as the program advances through future versions.
  • Track decisions, dependencies, risks, and progress, escalating issues that may affect delivery.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to align business needs, implementation work, and regional adoption.
  • Maintain program momentum across initiatives expected to continue through 2028.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong program organization, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. [suggestion]
  • Ability to assess regional needs, facilitate decisions, and translate agreed direction into actionable delivery plans. [suggestion]
  • Familiarity with enterprise product lifecycle management platforms is beneficial; experience with the platform used in this program would be an advantage. [suggestion]

Why Join Us

  • Contribute to global product lifecycle management initiatives and large-scale platform implementation and upgrade work.
  • Help shape a global template and support its application across regional operations.
  • Join programs with an expected horizon through 2028, offering sustained involvement in implementation and follow-on improvements.
