Assembler 1

FAMCO is hiring full-time Assembler Associates to join our manufacturing team! No experience? No problem! We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are willing to learn, work safely, and be part of a team.

Responsibilities include assembling products, operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining quality standards, and keeping work areas clean and safe. Employees will have opportunities to cross-train on different machines and develop skills to advance through our production levels.

Working Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually normal.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
