Warehouse Loader/Unloader – Weekday Nights

Position Summary

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring Warehouse Loaders/Unloaders for its weekday overnight operations. This position involves handling, scanning, sorting, loading, and unloading packages in a warehouse environment.

Employees must be able to maintain safe handling practices and consistent productivity throughout overnight shifts.

Essential Duties

Load packages from conveyor systems into trailers. Stack freight securely to help prevent shifting and damage. Unload packages from floor-loaded trailers onto conveyors. Scan packages and sort them into designated cages or staging areas. Move package cages between assigned work areas. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow workplace safety procedures and operational instructions. Meet applicable productivity and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

Availability to work the full Monday–Thursday overnight schedule. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and move packages weighing 5–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout overnight shifts. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Successful completion of required background and drug screenings, where permitted by applicable law.

Compensation

Pay is determined by the volume of trailers and/or cases processed. Typical earnings range from $16–$25 per hour. Employees with higher productivity may earn $25–$35 per hour. Actual earnings depend on productivity and applicable compensation terms. The upper end of the range is not guaranteed.
