Position Summary

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable Warehouse Loaders/Unloaders to join our weekday day-shift team in West Jordan, Utah. Employees handle packages during loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting operations to help maintain an efficient warehouse workflow.

Essential Duties

Unload packages from floor-loaded trailers onto conveyor systems. Load packages into trailers and stack freight securely. Scan packages using handheld scanning equipment. Sort packages into designated cages and staging areas. Move package cages between assigned work areas. Maintain an organized workspace and follow established safety procedures. Meet applicable productivity and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

Availability to work Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and move packages weighing 5–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the scheduled shift. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team. Successful completion of required background and drug screenings, where permitted by applicable law.

Compensation

Compensation is based on the volume of trailers and/or cases processed. Typical earnings range from $16–$25 per hour. Associates with higher productivity may earn $25–$35 per hour. Actual earnings vary based on production and other applicable compensation terms. Earnings at the upper end of the range are not guaranteed.

Occasional weekend work may be requested based on operational needs.
