Freedom, a national Direct Mail Company based in Aurora, IL, is one of the largest, independently owned, privately held, direct mail marketing providers in the United States. Why Freedom? Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas, and we’re looking to add a 2nd shift Lead to our Comingle team. The Comingle Lead must display the ability to work in a fast paced production environment processing letters on Ten 360 Bin 4000 Series NPI (National Presort Inc.) high-speed sorters. The Lead will work directly with the Shift Supervisor to achieve shift production goals. Great position for advancement.

Requirements:

• Possess good leadership abilities and a positive demeanor to manage a diverse workforce.
• Must focus on maintaining a productive and safe work environment on a daily basis
• Good communication skills needed to escalate problems to the Comingle Management team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Freedom's Eagle Pro a plus.
• Overtime is a must
• High school diploma
