Original job description
Find yourself in work that matters.
Experience Frasier.
What You Will Do
Frasier Living is seeking an exceptional leader to help shape how our organization operates today and grows in the future. This newly created executive role offers a unique opportunity to influence the systems, processes, governance structures, technology, and operating disciplines that enable a mission-driven senior living organization to deliver excellent service while preparing for continued growth and the integration of future Frasier Living communities.
Working closely with the CEO, CFO, executive leadership team, and leaders across the organization, this position evaluates organizational challenges, identifies root causes, and develops sustainable solutions that improve consistency, strengthen accountability, reduce unnecessary complexity, and support regulatory and operational excellence. As a trusted advisor and collaborative change leader, the Vice President brings people together to solve complex problems, translate strategy into action, and drive continuous improvement through effective policies, processes, systems, and operating practices.
This is an opportunity to leave a lasting organizational legacy by building the systems, structures, and operating disciplines that will support Frasier Living's mission, performance, and growth for years to come.
What You Will Earn
$180,000–$220,000 annually, with starting pay based on experience and qualifications, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.
