Original job description
Find yourself in work that matters.
Experience Frasier.
At Frasier, exceptional care begins with exceptional people. As our Clinical Development Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the knowledge, confidence, and success of the caregivers who make a difference in residents' lives every day.
We're looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about developing others and advancing clinical excellence. In this role, you'll lead onboarding, education, competency development, and ongoing training for our clinical team members, with a primary focus on CNAs, Resident Assistants (RAs), and QMAPs, while also supporting the development of licensed nursing staff. Through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on clinical support, you'll help ensure our team is prepared to deliver safe, effective, person-centered care.
This is more than a training role. You'll serve as a trusted clinical leader, partnering with nursing leadership to strengthen clinical practice, support quality and safety initiatives, promote regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
If you're energized by helping others grow and creating an environment where both team members and residents thrive, you'll find a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact at Frasier.
