Job Description:
Work independently and collaboratively with staff and team members in providing support for software, hardware and peripherals in an educational setting.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- 1. Strong working knowledge and experience with macOS and iPadOS, including troubleshooting and configuration
- Ability to perform Apple hardware repairs; current Apple Certified Repair Technician (ACRT) certification
- Ability to independently research and troubleshoot technical issues, including identifying causes and implementing or escalating appropriate solutions
- The ability to learn and support district software and technology systems
- The ability to independently prioritize requests, manage multiple tasks and document work accurately.
- Working knowledge of computer networking, including wireless networks, IP addressing, DNS and printing
- Commitment to maintaining and developing technical skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- The ability to train staff on effective technology usage
- The ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 40 pounds and use ladders safely when required
- alid driver's license and access to transportation for travel between district schools

- Experience with MDM solutions
