We are currently looking for Robotic Welders in Clare, MI!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding machines to perform welding tasks on various metal

components.

• Set up and configure robotic welding systems according to specifications.
• Monitor the welding process and ensure the quality and integrity of the welds.
• Program and troubleshoot robotic welders as needed to meet production requirements.
• Perform maintenance on welding robots, including cleaning, adjustments, and repairs.
• Inspect welded components to ensure they meet quality and engineering specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Keep accurate records of welding operations and production output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in welding or robotic systems preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in robotic welding or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong knowledge of robotic welding systems, MIG/TIG welding, and welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in programming robotic welders (e.g., FANUC, ABB, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various positions, including bending and crouching.
• Exposure to loud environments and heat.
