Description
Location: Tampa FL or Remote US - Central or East Coast
About frame Security: The world’s most sophisticated cyber threats are now AI-powered. It’s time for security awareness to evolve. Legacy security training is broken. For years, organizations have relied on static libraries of generic, "one-size-fits-all" content that fails to prepare employees for modern attacks like deepfake executive impersonations, AI-driven social engineering, or "vibe-coded" application threats. At Frame Security, we aren't just building another training library; we are setting the new standard for security awareness. Our AI-native platform learns an organization’s unique DNA, its policies, tools, roles, and risks, to generate personalized training and hyper-realistic simulations in minutes. From developers practicing secure coding in Java to finance teams defending against AI-generated voice phishing (vishing), we deliver training that actually reflects an employee’s real work. Join us as we build the engine that protects the human layer of every organization in the AI era.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized, hands-on Revenue Enablement Specialist to help our growing revenue team learn, find the right resources and put new processes into practice. You will turn product knowledge and process decisions into clear documentation, practical training content and timely field communications. Partnering with the Revenue Enablement leader and teams across Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Solutions Engineering and Marketing, you will own day-to-day content delivery and program coordination. As you develop product knowledge and experience, you will grow into leading a defined enablement program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation: Work with process owners to capture workflows, responsibilities and handoffs. Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, screenshots and FAQs. Coordinate validation and flag missing decisions before publishing approved guidance.
- Content Creation and Feature Bytes: Turn subject matter expert input into seller guides, training slides and short learning videos. Coordinate scripts, editing, captions, reviews and publishing.
- Asset Library Management: Keep Sales Enablement Asset Library and internal Sales Site (SalesHub) organized and current. Maintain resource links, versions, owners and review dates, and archive outdated materials after approval.
- Onboarding and Learning Programs: Coordinate learning assignments, session logistics and completion follow-up. Maintain onboarding resources and support recurring training activities.
- Field Communications and Delivery: Prepare approved launch and process announcements. Track deliverables, reviewers and deadlines, gather field questions and escalate blocked handoffs early.
Success Metrics:
- Documentation Accuracy and Freshness: Keep priority process guides validated by their owners, with current links and review dates. Reduce reported gaps, conflicting instructions and outdated resources.
- Delivery and Review Follow Through: Deliver agreed content and updates on schedule, with clear reviewer handoffs and early visibility into delays.
- Resource Adoption and Usefulness: Track available usage data and field feedback to understand whether revenue teams can find and apply the resources they need.
- Onboarding and Program Delivery: Maintain accurate participation and completion records, coordinate timely follow-up and use manager and learner feedback to improve the experience.
- Growing Program Ownership: Build the ability to run a recurring enablement workflow with increasing independence and recommend improvements based on evidence. Establish initial baselines and targets with your manager.
