At Fountains at Mill Cove, we are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Lead Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. As a key member of our facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our Senior Living Center. Lead Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of housekeepers to ensure efficient and effective cleaning techniques
• Conduct walk-throughs to inspect and prioritize cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service, exceeding the expectations of our residents and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Lead Housekeeper Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field; previous supervisory experience a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment, with the ability to follow safety protocols
