These are full-time customer service positions supporting the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) contact center . Agents will assist callers in both English and Spanish with general and basic case-specific information. Position Highlights: • $22.89/hour ($17.96 base + $4.93 Health & Wellness stipend) • Full-time, permanent employment with Fortuity • **Opportunities available in Columbus, OH (remote & onsite positions) ** • Upcoming training classes beginning in November • 11 paid federal holidays • Paid sick time • Insurance options available • Approximately 2 weeks of training + 1 week of live-call shadowing • Government-furnished equipment Because this position supports a federal government program, candidates must successfully complete the required screening and Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) clearance process. This includes a Spanish-language assessment, credit and criminal background checks, government forms, fingerprinting, and other clearance requirements.
