PROJECT COORDINATOR

Insurcomm Restoration | Fortify Companies Field-Based | Full-Time

About Us

Insurcomm Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency response you can rely on when everything needs to go right. For more than 30 years, we have helped property owners, facility teams, and communities recover from fire, water, mold, storms, and environmental hazards. As part of Fortify Companies, we are part of something bigger. Fortify’s roots are in restoration - helping families and businesses recover when disaster strikes. But we’re building something beyond recovery: a platform that aligns insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild. Our teams, technology, and local expertise come together so property owners and insurers get fewer losses, faster recoveries, and someone they can trust.

Assist with collections processes, including deductibles, progress payments, and final payments when needed
Coordinate and communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, agents, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare, review, complete, and route project‑related forms, paperwork, purchase orders, and work orders
Perform project tracking and reporting, including schedules, metrics, and operational reports using Power BI
Provide quick, accurate responses to vendors, subcontractors, agents, and clients
Support office staff, production management, and sales teams as needed
Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and assist clients professionally and empathetically
Demonstrate a positive and professional image of the company through written, verbal, and visual communication
Apply all safety rules and regulations and help prevent work hazards
Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Exposure to insurance‑driven mitigation and reconstruction workflows
A values‑driven organization that prioritizes people, safety, and accountability Ready to Join Us?

Join a team where your coordination skills play a direct role in helping people recover when it matters most.
