Warehouse Associate

THE OPPORTUNITY

Looking for more than a traditional warehouse job?

Join our Kansas City team in a hands-on role combining warehouse operations with the opportunity to learn and operate robotic blade-sharpening technology.

Your primary focus will be warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping. You will also be cross-trained as a backup operator for our robotic blade sharpening cell.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Receive, pick, pack and ship parts and customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete transactions in our ERP system.
• Coordinate shipments and prepare the required documentation.
• Safely load, unload and move materials using warehouse equipment.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized and efficient.
• Provide backup coverage for our robotic blade sharpening cell, including setup, operation, inspection and basic troubleshooting.
• Contribute to safety, quality, 5S and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory, manufacturing or another hands-on environment.
• Reliable, organized and safety-minded.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in equipment or technology.
• Comfortable using computers; ERP experience is an asset.
• Forklift or automated-equipment experience is a plus.
