Adapt standard testing methods to unique or non-standard conditions
Perform advanced testing such as insertion loss and impedance analysis
Lead EMI troubleshooting activities to bring systems into compliance with emissions and immunity test standards
Analyze equipment and test results to provide engineering justifications when troubleshooting is not possible.
Support wireless implementation planning in plant environments
Team Leadership and Accountability
Lead and develop a high-performing technical team that operates with precision, accountability, and urgency
Establish clear expectations for performance, quality, and time usage
Own the end-to-end performance of the EMC lab
